  1. I think that the biggest issue with any form of social media is cyber-bullying. Cyber-bullying allows the bully to target a large quantity of people at one time while hiding behind a screen. Cyber-bullying has a variety of long-term side-affects such as: poor concentration, absence from school, feeling isolated, depression, and in the most extreme cases, suicide. According to ‘nobullying.com’, 2 or every 3 teenagers have witnessed or been part of cyber-bullying. 15.4% of teens being cyber-bullied refuse to go to school. The bad thing is: it only takes 1 hurtful message to make people sad. I am very concerned about the future impact that cyber-bullying could have on people. People may become extra sensitive and be ‘on edge’ when it comes to communicating with others. This, in my opinion, could easily lead us to being very isolated and excluded from others because of lack of trust towards others.

  2. I personally think that the biggest issue is cyber bullying because the bully can hide behind a screen and you have no clue who they are. Also if someone notices that someone is not got much self esteem they could pick them. Cyber bullying could also lead to horrible things that may result in death. A lot of people are cyber bullied.

  3. I think the biggest problem of social media is lack of communication which can lead into social isolation. When people use social media too much, they might get to a point where they can not live without it.When they are socially isolated from the community, they won't have many real friends to face to face talk only friends behind the screen. Also they wouldn't be able to do any work that requires communication

  4. I personally think that the biggest issue of social media is the lack of face of face conversation. People these days are glued to there phone and are continuous scrolling through the latest feed when if they took a moment to look outside they would realise that they have a big wide world outside that they can explore. I find it crazy to think that 44,481 tweets are sent every minute and 23% of Facebook users check there account more than 5 times a day! Everybody is so interested in what other people are doing and seeing all of the latest trends that they don't take the time to talk to there friends in real life, talking to people is so important because it keeps you self motivated when someone gives you a complement or tells you something that could make your day face to face. All these comments get made on social media but its so easy to say something behind a screen.

  5. I think that the biggest problem with social media is the way it changes our mind. Social media makes the left side of our brain far more dominant which makes people care more then normal about what people think of them. This may be a big problem in the future as there will be a lot of vain selfish people who are to busy thinking about themself and there will be no one to solve problems like global warming and cancer.

  6. I believe the biggest issue is cyberbullying because if people get cyberbullied then it could effect the victim of the bullying's education, communication and social relationships. Cyberbullying is dangerous because you never know who the person is because not everyone can trace it back to them. It is aslo dangerous because people can get the wrong concept of the idea when texting.
